Does oopsiebill see or store my subscription data?
No. Everything you enter is saved with your browser's local storage, on your own device. oopsiebill has no account system and no database of user subscriptions — we simply can't see what you've added, because it never gets sent to us.
Will it automatically cancel subscriptions for me?
No — and we'd be a little suspicious of any free tool that asked for your card or bank login to do that. oopsiebill flags subscriptions you haven't used in a while and gives you a calendar reminder before renewal, but you stay in control and cancel directly with the provider.
Why "might be an oopsie"?
Any active subscription you haven't marked as used in 60 days or more gets that tag. It's not a judgment — it's a nudge to ask "do I still want this?" before it renews.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your subscription list lives in that browser's storage, so clearing site data or switching devices will reset it. Use the Export JSON button regularly to keep a backup you can re-import anytime.
Is oopsiebill really free?
Yes. The site is supported by ads shown outside the app itself, never inside your subscription list. There's no premium tier, paywall, or upsell.
