Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of oopsiebill.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What oopsiebill is

oopsiebill is a free, browser-based tool for keeping a personal list of subscriptions, their costs, and renewal dates, so you can more easily notice ones you no longer use. It is an organizational aid only.

2. What oopsiebill is not

You remain solely responsible for managing your actual subscriptions, payments, and cancellations directly with each provider.

3. Your data

Data you enter into the tracker is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You are responsible for backing it up (via the built-in Export feature) and for anything you choose to store — please don't enter sensitive information such as full card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers into any field, as none of them are needed for the tool to work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; use automated means to scrape or overload the Site; interfere with the advertising displayed on the Site (including ad-fraud, click manipulation, or bot traffic); or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, currently served through Google AdSense, shown in clearly separated sections of the page. Ads are provided by third parties; we don't control their content and aren't responsible for products or services advertised through them. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Because subscription data lives in your browser only, features like reminders depend on you keeping the information up to date and returning to the Site — oopsiebill cannot send you emails, push notifications, or alerts on its own.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oopsiebill and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including missed cancellations, unwanted renewal charges, or lost data due to clearing browser storage, switching devices, or failing to keep a backup.

8. Changes to the Site or these terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site, and may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
